Choose how you want to disconnect.
Disconnecting through your Motoplus dashboard is the recommended option, but you can also revoke access through Facebook or remove the plugin completely.
Disconnect your Facebook Page
- Log in to your website's dashboard.
- Go to Vehicles → Social.
- Under Facebook Page, click Disconnect.
This immediately deletes the stored Page access token and connection details from your database. Previously published posts remain on your Facebook Page. You can delete those directly on Facebook at any time.
Remove the app from Facebook
- On Facebook, go to Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites .
- Find Motoplus in the list.
- Click Remove.
This revokes Motoplus access on Facebook's side. The token stored in your website's database stops working immediately. You can then disconnect within Motoplus using Option 1 to remove the locally stored details.
Uninstall Motoplus
Deactivating and deleting the Motoplus plugin from your website removes the social connection details along with it.
This option is intended for dealers who no longer wish to use the Motoplus platform on their website.
